Unbelievable! Have a 100 year old house and for 3 days trying to find the well which turned out to be under the house! Called a couple of companies but they don't work on jet pumps only submersible pumps.
Called Dexter Well and john made me feel at ease that he could take care of and he did the next day under my house for about 6 hours in a hole:) Very confident and methodical in every clamp/hose and fitting he put on after grinding off all the rusted bolts etc.
Honest, fair and gets the job done! tonight I have water! AMEN for John Dexter taking a shower tonight with Holy Water!

I absolutely love this company. Back in 2023 our well pump and tank died and we were without water. Our plumber referred us to this company. We got quick service and then an estimate. We were able to get everything fixed and completed in a great time frame. Last week (march 2025) we were experiencing water pressure issues. We had the plumber come out, and he suggested that if we had a warranty we needed to call Dexter again. Thankfully John Dexter had given us a 5year warranty. I contacted him yesterday March 31st and he came out today 1 April.
