Mr brown was professional, polite and prompt. He did what exactly what was agreed upon wonderfully and quoted a more than fair price and stuck to it. Would definitely hire him again.Services: Groundskeeping
I requested quotes from several tree services for the felling of a lightning damaged sycamore and pruning of another tree. Shelton was responsive and gave me confidence when discussing the job, on site. The pruning was for a specific branch about 40' up overhanging where I park my truck. At this time, I was waiting to get my truck back from the body shop after having another branch fall on it on January 3rd, because of the heavy snow fall. One of Shelton's employees expertly threw a line over a higher branch then climbed up with a chainsaw. He tied off the target branch then cut it. Lowering the cut branch to prevent damage to anything below. After clearing the debris created there, he and Shelton headed over to the sycamore. The top 50' had fallen on our house last fall. Now the remaining 40', killed by the lightning strike, was next to go by chainsaw. After carefully assessing where the tree 'wanted' to fall, they strategized the guide rope and cuts to make it fall, instead between two trees in another direction. Now I am no expert, but I did watch too many YouTube videos when I thought I might rent a saw and do this myself. Lol This remaining 40' tree is about 20' from my house...I called an expert. I called the right experts. They felled this tree perfectly. They asked if I wanted the wood or to haul it away. I said I'd keep it and they cut it up into 16" sections and stacked it for me. That was no small feat. Each section was about 75lbs. I thoroughly enjoyed watching them work. So much so, I forgot to take pictures. :( Into the massive wood chipper, they fed all the branches from the felled tree, pruned tree and several piles I had created clearing brush earlier. They were always professional and cleaned up everything after. Great work. Will definitely call them again for future jobs.
My husband, Bob, read the reviews that suggested that Browns' Tree and Landscaping was the worst they could describe. He talked to Mr. Brown, and Mr. Brown told him that the reviews that we read were unfair. My husband decided to trust Mr. Brown, and he was not disappointed. The crew that he brought were friendly, thorough, and discussed the project with him as they worked. He highly recommends this company.
