I just wanted to let you know that we are so happy with our new floors.I can't even begin to tell you the struggle and stress I went through trying to make the decision on what product to choose and who would do the work.We work hard for our money and I am so tired of businesses that take your money and you get very little in return.As you well know, home remodeling and new floors aren't cheap.I have had the best customer service from your company. A wonderful experience from start to finish! The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful from the very beginning. We had to reschedule our installation due to my family catching covid and they were understanding and flexible. Not only is their customer service top notch, but they also did a beautiful job and even sent us a personalized thank you card after the job was finished. If we ever need any flooring again, this is the only place we will go. ?
