Kieth came out to fix our heat even though the roads were snowy. He got our heat back up and running. He had to replace the fan motor in the air handler. Heat is working and warming the house back up. The new fan seems a little louder than the old one when it was working fine but it definitely moves the air well. We were hoping it would be fixed last week but I think he had to wait on parts to come in.
Keith went out of his way to get our a/c running during the hottest week in August. He replaced the capacitor and the unit turned on but after he left I realized it still wasn’t cooling. He came back that night after talking to a friend who suggested he try switching the pos and neg wires for the fan. He realized the fan had been spinning in reverse. Fixed it. High-fives. Super nice guy who cared enough to come back and try something before ordering more parts and calling it a night. Thank you, Keith!
