Dr. Hooven was compassionate and understanding when helping us, with end of life care, for our furbaby. I had mixed up the appointment time but she still managed to give us the time we needed, to say our goodbyes. I felt like she truly cared for our pet and our feelings. Despite being rushed because of us, she was patient and took her time. I believe our pet went peacefully because of Dr. Hooven's grace and care. The location is a bit out of the way but I would go back in a heartbeat, if we lived closer.
Dr. Hooven is awesome very loving and experienced with animals I wouldnt trust anyone else with our pets! She does a wonderful job and I would recommend her to anyone! She'll do whatever she can to help you get your pets back up to there normal selves! Slightly out of the way but definitely worth the drive! Happy healthy pets!!
