I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. The coaches are incredibly skilled, patient, and passionate about teaching, making each class enjoyable and educational for all ages. My kid has really thrived here my child enjoys showing up because coaches make learning fun while instilling discipline and confidence. As an adult student, the classes are challenging and rewarding, with great attention to technique and personal progression. 5 stars. I was in the area for a few weeks and found Tri Cities online. This gym embodies all the things I love about jiu jitsu: easy camaraderie, great mix of skill levels, helpful instructors, and no egos in sight. If you live in the area or are just passing through, look no further than here. Great option for Soldiers on Gregg-Adams too.
