The staff is very friendly however I dont like how they jump around to different patients vs taking care of the current patient they checked in it makes the process a lot longer especially with little kids that are antsy, I hate that 1 Dr has to do all the jumping around they need to hire more doctors to handle the work load.

My Daughter was here yesterday on 12/04/23 , im on here to talk about the situation at the dentist. My daughter was about to get her fillings finished and there was this dentist an India lady and she was about to stick an needle in my daughters mouth to numb her and my daughter jumped seeing the size of the needle and turned her head away and the dentist lady was like she doesn't want it done so the lady just put her tools down and took off her gloves and walked out of the room this had me very upset because of course my daughter is going too jump the needle was pretty big!

I have never had to wait an hour to be seen. I do not believe they have enough staffing. How do you clean children teeth amd say they need three fillings but you do not give free toothbrushes. Floss or Floss sticks? Have the times changed?
