After finishing my underarm treatments, I've noticed a significant reduction in the amount/thickness of hair. There is still some hair present (which is apparently common for all laser treatments, not just here), but it's been reduced significantly, and I do not have to shave as often. They did a great job, and I'm happy to support this small, local business.

This is a small office, only two techs there that I could tell. I prefer a more personal experience so I was fine w/that. The ladies were very professional and personable and they worked w/me on the Groupon that I had purchased. They took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure and answer any questions that I had. The procedure itself was relatively painless. It felt like someone running an ice cube over my skin. It gets a little warmer as it finds the thicker darker hair, but really no pain worth mentioning. I'm very pleased w/my experience and can't wait to go back! I'm already thinking of other areas to laser...
