I took a king sized comforter to get cleaned and, while the man who seems to be running it by himself or with little help is super nice which is the only reason it’s not one star, when I picked up it smelled just as musty as when I dropped it off. It was still covered in dog hair and had caked on dirt in the same spot if not more than when I dropped it off. I’m sure they just refolded it and put it in a plastic bag. He told me they cleaned it as best they could but when I took it to a laundromat, one wash and dry had it perfectly clean. Overall great place to have alternations done however, it is a bit overpriced compared to other alteration shops. This would be a last resort location in the future. I paid $65 to have the sleeves on a dress hemmed and the drape around the neck hemmed. In my past experience a service like this may cost you $35 maybe $40 overall. Great work on the alterations just not at a reasonable price.

So This is a wonderful place to get your clothes clean they are reliable not once have they got my order wrong what I mean is no one clothes got mixed up with Mine let me add this to it I've been going there roughly 3 years The guy who works there Is very pleasant I really don't have any bad reviews for this place seems to stay busy so that's a good sign some people might find this a issue and I will explain you drop your clothes off let's say on a Monday you won't get them back till Friday I don't really have an issue with that I have enough clothes to be OK with that some people might not be as fortunate that's all I was saying so I'm going to end this review I hope it helps so they get a A+ keep up the good work
