I had a 40 year old fitting fail on a water supply line in my crawl space, so pressurized water was spraying under the house. Luckily I have a water meter key (seldom needed but indispensable in an emergency) and was able to cut off the supply at the meter Sunday night.

I left a msg for Art that night and he called back first thing Monday morning. By midafternoon Neil came over to troubleshoot and repair it. Within about an hour or so it was fixed at a reasonable price!“

“We had to find a plumber fast this October (2022) due to our water heater leaking and no water due to loosing pressure. I called early morning (around 6 am) to the City Point Plumbers, Mike responded and took my information, was nice and patient with me. We arranged the time and then Mike worked with us because we could not be home at the time arranged, and he still was communicating clearly and agreed to send technicians in later. Then technicians came out to get the scope of the problem, delivered new tank same day, replaced the water pressure switch, hauled old tank away, charge was decent for the emergency situation, and everything was handled to our satisfaction. Highly recommend this company, professional and good customer service, and fast response and great communication, that was really a saver in our situation. Thank you!“
