“I got a great haircut and highlights at Harriet' s but when I called for touchups the stylist had left. Not wanting to leave that salon, I was lucky enough to get an appointment there with Alexa. I don't have the easiest hair to work with because it's natural curly but she did a great job with a stacked bob and both highlights and lowlights. I highly recommend her. She's the best and I hope to see her for years to come.“
“I love Paula. She was the one who cute my hair after my son died. For the tirst visit, I didn't tell her he was dead. It had only been a few weeks. And I spent the next hour and a half talking about my goofy kids. She gave me a break from his death when I was about ready to crawl in after him. She saved my life and I can never repay that. When I went back to get a trim, I told her the truth, that he was dead. She let me talk all about him again, once again letting me have what I needed, him brought to life again. And her skills as a hairdresser? OMG! I have NEVER cut my hair exactly how I wanted it until her. She's amazing and always learning new tips and techniques. She's the queen in my book!“

“In the 8 years I have been a client of the Sports Clips in Colonial Heights, VA. I have posted multiple reviews all of which have said the same basic thing, acknowledging the outstanding customer service, friendly people, and great products. I continue to post because in retail, your product, good or bad, can speak for itself, but a true measure of your staff and your customer service can only be obtained by the reviews of "first hand encounters" such as this. One of the main thing I like to point out about this Sports Clips is that it truly doesn't matter which stylist you get, the high standards are always met. This is a testament to Ownership and Management staff. That being said, I realized during my most recent visit that evidently it doesn't even matter which "Jennifer" you get either LOL !! Although I don't hesitate to select FA (first available) when checking in, my stylist of choice is Jennifer H. (store manager), mainly because we have been haggling football for years LOL. She wasn't on duty for this visit so FA it is ! This introduced me to another Jennifer. We may not have discussed football, but I still had the same great experience as I always do !! GREAT JOB NEW JENNIFER LOL !!!“
