Bridget, at the Colonial Heights location, is my go to stylist! She is knowledgeable, fast and gives quality cuts. She has always taken the time to fit us into her schedule even when we have walked in instead of making an appointment. I highly recommend her for your family's hair care needs!
They saved the day!! Don’t sleep on Hair Cuttery! I was on travel to VA from FL, I am in a wedding and the stylist I booked in FL canceled on me the day of and I was going to be traveling to VA with hair not done. I called this HC location and the ladies I spoke to were so kind and helpful. They got me scheduled with Ms. Brenda for the next day, I was accommodated, in and out in 1.5 hours. My hair looks, smells and feels amazing. I hope these ladies get their kudos for providing an amazing customer service experience!
The highlight was not as blonde as my daughter wanted and her hair was cut much shorter that we wanted. The stylist asked my 14 yo daughter where she wanted her layers rather than me. She has never had layers before and didn’t realize how short the front of her hair would be when she told her. Her hair was past her butt when she went in and now it won’t even go in a ponytail without pieces hanging in front of her face.
