“I had shared a previous review about my experience at this location - basically I was charged for the wrong service which ended up being $22 more than I was supposed to pay. The stylist did an amazing job on my hair I was just upset I was overcharged.My issue was addressed by the manager Shiva in a timely manner. She wholeheartedly understood the issue, apologized for the confusion, and she was able to refund me as well.Mistakes happen and I always believe it’s how folks choose to respond that leaves an impression - I really appreciated Shiva’s customer first attitude and will be returning again :)“

The stylists were incredibly nice and they have tons of nice little touches to make your visit nice like a cushion for your lap to hold your phone/magazine, beverages, a head and neck massage and hot towel and more. “Lynn is a wonderful stylist. I took my 15 year old son here to get a perm. Kids this age are very hard to please, however, when we left Lynn's studio he said it was the best day ever. He LOVES the waves and style she gave him. He showed her two pictures for reference and she nailed it! I wanted a perm as well but she advised against it because I have highlights in my hair and she did not want to damage my hair. She explained that I should let my highlights grow out more and then come back. Most hair stylist would have done the perm and taken my money. She is very honest and extremely knowledgeable. I did get a cut and she did a wonderful job. I was very happy with the results and will continue to come back to her. Her prices were well below the average prices in this area. I went in expecting to pay way more for the services we wanted and was actually shocked at what she charged. Needless to say I left a very large tip because she was worth more than what she charges. “I'm so grateful to have found Jobi. I had thick, virgin, Asian hair and spent almost $2,000 at two other salons trying to get to ashy bronde, but only ended up with brassy balayage first, and weird blonde streaks/highlights with my hair toned to basically my natural color...which turned brassy after the first wash 48 hours later. Mind you, I showed these places the exact photos of what I wanted and they said they could deliver. But NOPE, Jobi was the only one who actually did...and in one appointment!!! He did a color correction to fix the botched work, and then lifted and toned. It was exactly what I wanted, and my hair was still healthy!! I have since been back for toner and grow-out touchups, and I am happy each time. I also love his assistant, Jonahs, and the overall vibe of the salon (plus easy parking).What do you call a loyal Jobi customer, a Jobella? Whatever it is, that's me now lol“

“Mr. Moon does an excellent job with both women's and men's cuts. I originally started sending my husband to Mr. Moon to get his hair cuts and was so impressed with the results I decided to give him a try myself. His prices are great especially for the quality of cuts and coloring he provides. Definitely give him a chance if you are looking for a new hairstylist in the area, I would recommend him for any hair services!“
