I had family in town and my kitchen sink clogged! Roto-Rooter hit all of the benchmarks of a good service business:
- very established internet presence/google maps
- open 24hrs
- answered the phone on the first call
- showed up when they agreed to do the work
- arrived in professional uniforms
- paid attention to cleaning up after themselves
they are possibly more expensive than competitors in the area, but you get what you pay for.
Allen and Dominic are very knowledgeable and professional. They were able to resolve a reoccurring plumbing issue that a couple of other plumbers were unable to fix. I would highly recommend them.
Allen and Dominic just left . It’s the day before thanksgiving. Made an appointment yesterday. Had a major blockage . They were professional, transparent and so friendly considering the time of evening and the job they do . Plumbers are angels walking among us . Thank you guys and would recommend and use again.
