“Get communication all around. Weather can be a real factor when scheduling a septic tank pump and inspection. Brittany was very communicative during any delays. The two guys that came to pump out my 1000 gallon tank and inspection were great. Both very knowledgeable about the systems and did a very thorough job. No cutting corners in such a "not so pleasant" environment. I need a repair as well. They did not come across as sales people and just gave the facts associated with risk.
