Always an amazing experience with New River Valley Wellness and Thea Vincenti! The location is just lovely and adds to the whole experience. She has a calm, nuturing and balanced presence. Her experience in a wide array of techniques helps her adapt to your body's changing needs. Thea is wonderful at listening to not just what you tell her, but what your body is telling her too - a gift that makes her massages so effective. The New River Valley Wellness Newsletter and website are other fantastic tools that Thea uses to promote self care and well being. I learn something new everytime I read. NRV Wellness has fantastic yoga classes for all levels. I have had the pleasure of practicing ashtanga style yoga with Thea for several years now, and had numerous classes with Tone as well. Thea has helped me improve my alignment in ways I never thought possible! They also happen to both be my go-to people for massage. I can't recommend them enough!
