Modern Day Roofing replaced our roof in June, and the experience was excellent. The team was efficient and friendly. Our representative, Chris, was exceptionally kind and patient. The warranty plan they offered was reasonably priced and very comprehensive. The crew who worked on the roof were hardworking and considerate, ensuring the job was done to our satisfaction.
Modern Day was a dream to work with from start to finish - friendly and eager but not aggressive. The price was spot-on for the value. The crew was efficient and hard working, and considering the mess that is a full roof replacement, my yard was pristine when they finished. I highly recommend Modern Day! We are very impressed with the quality of work and materials as well as the integrity of this company. Everything went as scheduled and even the unplanned was well taken care of. While they were taking off the old roof, a shingle broke one of our ground level windows and Modern Day Roofing was very quick in getting it replaced. We highly recommend this roofing company!
