The McGrady-Perdue technician was willing to look at a product that the company doesn’t normally work with. Honeywell is a good product, but their screens aren’t visible so we switched to a Heagstat.The technician was willing to sort through the booklet because online support was not available. He found a setting that I would not have seen. Thank you, McGrady-Purdue!

Lucas was polite, professional and did his job expediently. He explained what was done and answered my questions. He was very helpful in cleaning up and turning off lights and locking outside doors. Thanks for the great job.

We had a problem with the on-demand water heater installed last year. The company diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and fixed the issue promptly and with minimal disruption.
