Ms. Simmers was very helpful to me personally and I do appreciate all of her input. I am a white 'subway tile kinda gurl,' BUT there are so many whites to choose from, different sizes, and colored grouts. She never attempted to show me something 'out of my comfort zone,' and I think that is was I liked the best about this awesome Sales Clerk... she listened!! And then she showed me samples.

Carlie encouraged me to take home a few samples and look at them in my kitchen lighting. I found the one I wanted right away and I knew it was for me. I brought them back and Carlie did the write up for the job and she advised that Dehart Tile coordinates with Ideal Cabinets. This was really VERY important because backsplash tile cannot be installed until after counters are laid, but before the faucet is placed.

Ms. Simmers made this job simple and seamless for me and I do credit her with making it feel like MY HOME!!!
