I have used three different businesses in Christiansburg to install flooring in my homes. This was by far my best experience. Frank did a great job doing an estimate so there were no surprises. The staff in the store were extremely helpful picking out the best flooring for my situation. Steve and Dave were exceptional during the installation. They fixed things that were beyond scope of the job, and my luxury vinyl tile looks great. I will be using Floored from now on.

Josh came to do two separate projects and was on time, answered all of my questions, was knowledgeable, got the materials in a timely manner, communicated well when it was time to schedule installers who were friendly and kind. Would definitely recommend this company.

Purchased floor tile and accent tile for the backsplash from Floored in Nov. 2023 for a kitchen, laundry, and hallway remodel. Tile arrived asscheduled, maybe even a bit early. Very little breakage in the 12”x24” floor tile; 5 pieces over 13 cartons. The color was consistent from carton to carton for both products. The floor tile has already passed the durability test. Accent tile has a glazed and finished edge on 2 sides of each tile, making corners and tiling against bare walls literally seamless. Staff at Floored was excellent; knowledgeable and professional; yet friendly. Will definitely use them again for the rest of our floors!
