I emailed on a Sunday, and Mr. Crockett emailed me back. I told him my issue which was somewhat more of an emergency than I knew, and he called me to discuss what could be done. He explained he was out of town, and proceeded to give me some options. Later that day, he sent me an estimate. I approved it, and his crew was at my house on Tuesday to take care of my issue. They were timely, wasted no time, and did exactly as I needed...saved a ceiling that was threatening to collapse! Can't be happier with outcome of conversion from soaker tub to walk in shower. Everyone I spoke with were nothing but professional. I didn't feel like I was taken advantage of financially.
I have had the pleasure of working with George and his team on two projects. My Church and my home. Both times George came out and did measuring and got quotes back timely. Katie does a masterful job on producing the drawings. Work was started and completed on time and was done in a clean and tidy manner. The new addition to my home really enhances the nuances of the front of the home. I would highly recommend George and his team for any future construction or improvement needs. Thanks George and team
