SEARCHED TO FIND A COMPANY WITH GOOD RECOMMENDATIONS ..BUG MAN WAS THE ONE WITH THE BEST , CONTACTED MR.THOMPSON , HE CAME OUT THE NEXT MORNING AS PROMISED AND TOOK CARE OF MY HORNET PROBLEM , GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE , HONEST AND FAIR PRICED .I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY .THEY COULD NOT HAVE BEEN EASIER TO TALK TO AND THEIR PROFESSIONAL SERVICE WAS A REAL BLESSING ..THANK YOU MR . The technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. The lady in customer service was fantastic. She is very courteous and knows what she is doing. No better service than these folks in the NRV.
