First time using Blue Ridge Heating and Air, and they were great! I called them after noon and they came that afternoon. Technician was very nice and friendly. Did a thorough check and found the issue and fixed it quickly. Will definitely use again and highly recommend!
Every part of our transaction will Blue Ridge Heating and Air was a pleasure. All personnel were complete professionals. The installers were polite and cleaned up after themselves. When we had an issue with our new heat pump, the technician was there the next day and was very apologetic. Even dealing with the company on the phone was a pleasure. I wish all companies were run this well. They obviously take cusomer service very seriously.
Bobby Martin is super great to work and deal with. Couldn't be happier with the crown royal 7300mp. Bobby took several hours and numerous calls and texts before we purchased it.
