After the system was installed they cleaned up all of the debris and the system work exactly as it should. When I contacted the office they too provided excellent customer service. They were courteous and patient and followed up on all my questions (I asked a lot of questions.) Because the temperature in VA was extremely hot it was all hands on deck. They figured out how to get the HVAC system in the attic the stairway was narrower than the width of the system. How they got that system up there I will never understand! But they figured it out.
