I have been a customer for years and they have always performed great work. Today I went to drop off a pair of dress slacks. I was told she would not take them due to strands of pet hair. I've had the pets the whole time of being a customer. I won't be a customer any longer.

I am surprised at some of the reviews which seem a little unfair like wanting prom dress alterations during peak business hours. i have been coming here since 2014 and in the last two years due to a career change every week. Their staff (same two people any day or time I come in) are polite, and professional. I like my slacks with a slight break and they measure them to perfection. They also measured my wife for her doctoral graduation gown for no charge. I highly recommend.

They have taken great care of my orders. I dry clean almost $100 worth each time. The lady at the counter is friendly.It's next to the Matress store and UPS store.My clothes must look good for my videos. #Plantbasedpennylife
