    I paid for full highlights; my hair is darker now than when I got there. I sat there for 3 hrs, but I assume no activator was added to highlights (dark sections were also added that I didn't ask for). I asked several times for a refund, but was only offered to be forced to return to 'fix' it; even though I told them there was no way I'd return. Who would want to go back? It's upsetting that keeping the money for what I did not receive, is more important than any peace for the customer.

    I paid $160 for full highlights and left with hair darker than when I arrived. My person was Heather. I asked for refund, but they only tried to force me to return so they could 'fix' it. I sat there for 3 hrs the first time to do something as routine as full highlights and they didn't get it right, who in their right mind would return? The entire experience has been awful; from sitting there for 3 hrs only to come out looking worse, paying for highlights that I did not receive (I assume she forgot to add the activator), having dark color added to my hair (but explaining it as skipping a few strands to blend), and then only being offered a solution that... read full review

    Heather did an amazing job with my hair! Love love love my highlights! As a nurse, I was very impressed with how they keep everything sanitized here. I would definitely recommend Eclipse.
