We had a very good experience at America’s Best at Chesterfield Plaza in Virginia. Dr. Corley performed a thorough exam, answered all of our questions and was very professional, courteous and friendly.
Other employees who helped with the check-in process, and choosing frames, were very patient and thorough. Todd, Angel, and Merci Took their time to make sure that my husband had frames that he really liked, had the best features he was looking for, and were fairly priced. They were all very pleasant and courteous and seemed to enjoy working there.
I have a phenomenal experience in here every time I go. Whether to get an exam or to pick up glasses or even just to quickly get my glasses adjusted, the staff is overwhelmingly kind and patient. I highly recommend. I wish I could remember their names, but in particular the person that checked me out and the person that did my cursory exam were both wonderful on my most recent visit.
Today I went to the location at Hancock Village in Chesterfield. This was my first time ever visiting any eye doctor and eyeglasses retailer, and I can say that the staff and DR.at this location were great to me. I decided on upgraded frames and lenses and felt that the cost was reasonable considering my top-of-the-line decision on two different designer frames and lenses.
