“Very satisfied! My 2nd time using Art’s Plumbing, a good experience both times. I had a 40 year old fitting fail on a water supply line in my crawl space, so pressurized water was spraying under the house. Luckily I have a water meter key (seldom needed but indispensable in an emergency) and was able to cut off the supply at the meter Sunday night.

I left a msg for Art that night and he called back first thing Monday morning. By midafternoon Neil came over to troubleshoot and repair it. Within about an hour or so it was fixed at a reasonable price!“

“We had to find a plumber fast this October (2022) due to our water heater leaking and no water due to loosing pressure. I called early morning (around 6 am) to the City Point Plumbers, Mike responded and took my information, was nice and patient with me. We arranged the time and then Mike worked with us because we could not be home at the time arranged, and he still was communicating clearly and agreed to send technicians in later. Then technicians came out to get the scope of the problem, delivered new tank same day, replaced the water pressure switch, hauled old tank away, charge was decent for the emergency situation, and everything was handled to our satisfaction. Highly recommend this company, professional and good customer service, and fast response and great communication, that was really a saver in our situation. Thank you!“

“He called us since our landlord called him, Aaron came out within 10 mins of the call. Our outside water spigot broke off and we had to turn off the water to the whole house last night. He capped it, said he could come by next week to replace the pipe, spigot, and add a turn off valve to it, for $125! No one else would come out til next week or so, and charged $89 or more to come out sooner under emergency services. My research said it would cost anywhere from $100-$500 for this. Since we accidentally broke it, landlord would not pay to repair it. So $125 is the best deal. So far so good!Finally we were not getting taken advantage of! He was also nice, and honest. We asked for a price on another kind of faucet, he said it would cost a lot more and could freeze. He could have said yes it's better in order to make more money, but he didn't. If you had a bad experience year's ago with him try again, maybe he was having a bad time. He came out years ago for our landlord to do plumbing work under our house and check a leak inside, At that time I felt he was in a bad mood, not friendly then, but that's not the case now. I chalk it up to maybe going through some personal stuff back then.We are going to update this review after he comes out and replaces everything too. Reviews are important not just for the business, but to help out your fellow " neighbors" to pick the best company and not get ripped off. So review businesses.“

“I had a good experience. From initial call, they were very responsive and helpful... listening to my concern regarding my toilet and addressing my questions on cost and next steps. They were extremely communicative... scheduling for next day service, confirming appointment, calling 30 minutes before arrival, confirming payment, etc. The plumber was knowledgeable and immediately knew what to address, and it was fixed with ease.“

“The lateral drain for my 100-year-old house is backed up and I was having trouble getting access for a big drain-cleaning snake through the basement drain. My brother owns rental properties, uses Williams, and recommended him to me.I called on the Friday before New Years Eve and he answered quickly. Unfortunately for me, he's on vacation out of state, but (with his kids playing in the background) he patiently gave me enough information to get started on solving this problem. I didn't get a voicemail or answering service. He answered EVEN ON VACATION and helped me out. So... I'll call him when he's back but for now I'm able to make progress. He's a stand-up guy.“

“My experience with roto rooter and the rr technician was outstanding. They showed up promptly after i contacted them. Work started right away and i was encouraged to watch the hole process. The old septic line was scoped. The technician described what he was seeing and identified what he would do to remedy the situation. The location of the clog was identified and the technician eagerly grabbed a shovel and started digging to locate the pipe and subsequently he excavated the perimeter of the septic tank.

He clearly knew what to do. He was well trained and knew the applicable laws. He had experience with almost every septic situation imaginable and shared his insights freely. The technician was ex military, hard working never negative friendly and helpful.

I would hesitate to hire rr for another septic job“
