“A few years ago I had to visit this location for carpal tunnel. The doctor was very honest and gave me the proper information to help aid with my wrist. Fast forward my husband had a visit today and gave the office a great review. He said the staff was very knowledgeable and the rooms were clean.“
“Sheltering Arms Bon Air Therapists are amazing!!! They are confident and make you confident and comfortable that “you can do this “! They work hard to get you from point a to point z. I accomplish something different each time I come. Would recommend them hands down every single time!!“
“I was especially pleased with Brandon Curry, the nurse who cared for my father. Not only was he compassionate and proactive in addressing my father’s needs, but he communicated regularly with the family. This really helped to put my mind at ease, as I work in another state. My father liked him, which also made a big difference. He is knowledgable, candid, skilled, and caring. What more could we ask for!“
“I would like to share my experience with the Sheltering Arms – Chester location. As soon as you walk in the door, you are in a positive space. Sandy runs the front desk. She is a stranger to no one, and welcomes everyone to SAI-Chester. She is the welcome committee, always there to help and always there with a smile. She helps me schedule my time with Lisa (my therapist and coach) so I can progress my recovery. Even when I struggle with the self-check-in process, I know I can always go to her for help. She’ll even call for a ride home for you if you ask.
I have several physical “opportunities” that sometimes get in our way. I spent 2022 in the hospital and Lisa is helping me by coaching me as I recover my leg strength and balance. She knows me well enough that she can look at my face and eyes and knows when I am struggling a bit, so she adjusts our plan for the day. She helps me focus and understand what the exercise is meant to do as well as how to properly maximize the effect. We start each session with a blood pressure check, as sometimes my Bp gets “wonky,” and she adjusts her plan accordingly. Working with Lisa, I know I am making progress, getting stronger, walking further, and plain feeling better about my physical health.
I would be remiss if I did not mention the rest of the SAI-Chester team – Hailey, Amy, Kim, AJ, and the rest. Every member of this team works to create a relaxed, comfortable, caring, positive place with the single objective of helping people get better – or as they say The Power to Overcome.“
