I had an excellent visit recently. The EHR/management software programs used at this office are very efficient. I was contacted when there was a cancellation and I was able to move up my appointment by almost 2 months from when it was originally scheduled -- good for me, and good for the office to not have wasted appointment slots. I felt that my vision concerns were addressed with a thorough exam by Dr. Douglas and good conversation about the type of prescription and type of lens that would work best for my situation. Optical department was well stocked with a variety of frames and Amber and Ashley were very helpful at picking out the right pair for me.
I see Dr Leisner twice a year for my specific optical issues. She and her team are a pleasure to work with, and I feel very well cared for and appreciated at this practice. Highly recommend!
As always, the staff is friendly and professional. They use proper pronouns, when not actually using my name. Dr. Douglas makes me feel like he truly cares about the care of my eyes.
