Children's Dentistry of Virginia, PC - Chester

I’ve taken my 5yo son with autism her for a couple years now and they do really well with him! Of course he doesn’t like the dentist, but the staff are always patient with him and make him as comfortable as possible. I just took my 21mo here for her first appointment and again they were great!

My little man is autistic and sometimes going to the dentist can be a massive fear and trigger for him. He was having a meltdown in the car and I called to let the office know and asked if I should reschedule. The staff are beyond nice and caring. They asked if I would like an open or private room then got him quickly in. They were so patient and explained everything to my son as well as asked his permission. I was beyond grateful and impressed with how much everyone cared.

I love this place from the moment you step in to the moment you leave out you get nothing but smiles and sweetness . From the front desk staff, to the staff in the back and doctors they’re so sweet and patient with the kids. It’s so clean , vibrant and super kid friendly. They have movies playing in the waiting area while you wait which is great!! They let them pick out what type of flavor of toothpaste they would like their teeth cleaned with and when their done they let them take a prize of choice from the machine. Just a all around good place ☺️.
