I did not have a good experience with this rental company. After calling, because the online system was down, I spoke with a seemingly helpful employee. However when I called to check in 2 weeks later, my order was incorrect. This led to having to change the color and size of linens I planned for my party.When I picked up the linens, they were nothing like the color on the website. All of the table linens were terribly wrinkled. Furthermore, 2 of the drink dispensers that I rented were sticky and had to be washed prior to use. Someone else will get my business in the future.

Unfortunately, my experience with this company’s equipment was not the best. The owner Jay was pleasant over the phone though & patient as I was also patient with them as their email/reservation system was down.The issue-when I saw the chairs, after a family member picked them up, they were beyond rundown! They were rusted, cracked, & some of the seats were broken. A family member had to switch seats a few times. This was unacceptable honestly. People are renting items for events that mean something to them therefore they want nice equipment! Please update the chairs.

Jay and his Team were awesome. Excellent, prompt service and very kind. I had to get extra chairs and a table last minute and Jay provided at no extra charge. The tent they put up truly saved the day with the thunderstorm that came. My day still turned out beautifully! Thanks Chesterfield Rentals we will be using your services again!
