Owner struggles with punctuality she was running an hour late for my appointment and had scheduled two appointments simultaneously which resulted in both of us staying for a total of 8 hrs each. The shop was not clean nor was it appealing, the equipment in the shop is in disrepair, the hair dryer fell (as it was being used) thank god she has a rubber band to fix it. There is no level of customer service. When I asked for water she directed me to the store, I was very grateful it was open or I would’ve dehydrated during my 8 hour appointment for a sew in. I absolutely loved my experience here. My sew-in with closure is amazing and looks extremely natural. Monica is quick and professional and I definitely will be returning here on a regular basis. Thanks Monica!!!
