I just had a million dollar roof put on our school by Baker Roofing. In my eight years as principal of my school, I have never had such amazing professionalism, courtesy, and exceptional customer service from any contractor. I have never met contractors who communicate and strive to meet the demanding needs of a school filled with staff and students while also trying to complete a huge job. They were very conscience of the safety issues and cleanliness of their work as well. They finished earlier than proposed and even brought donuts to the office the day the completed their work! The Carlyle Condominium HOA recently bid out a roofing project on our three-story building in the 'Fan' on Hanover Street near the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts.The winning contractor was Baker Roofing - Richmond. Dave Youmans and the entire team were responsive, informative and prompt in evaluating the condition of our roof and recommending the best solution for our needs.
