It took 3 visits (and wasted a week) before I found out that replacing my screen was not the route I had to go, but that I needed to return my phone and wait to get credited $ to purchase a replacement. They didn't tell me that the first two visits, but ordered a new screen for me, wasting my time. This 3rd time, however, the technician got it right and was clear and helpful.

My phone got fixed quick, they did not have my screen available in there store but they located one at a sister store and was able to get phone fixed the next day. If you have a Samsung this is the place to have it serviced. they use original Samsung parts. I will continue using them

Both of the people there were very polite and helpful Ashley especially answered all my questions Gave me multiple different options from my issue And I was in-and-out same visit. Thankfully my issue turned out not to be near severe as I feared I would absolutely go back for any kind of issue I have!
