I have read the negative reviews posted here, and decided that a positive was needed to offset them. I have used this cleaner multiple times, with very good results. Today when I went to drop off, there were some beads on my dress that I was dropping that needed removal. The very kind lady (I believe she is the owner) lent me a seam ripper, and stood there and helped me remove all the beads. WAY above normal customer service. I will return, and I am positive the future reviews will be just as positive.

I’ve been coming into Sunshine Cleaners every week since January to get my husbands shirts cleaned. Always friendly and great service. Tip- If you come in and no one is at the counter use the bell by the cash register. Jo will be right there. That just means she is in the back working.

Two people run this store and they do a phenomenal job. I don't quite understand the negative reviews about customer service when all I've seen is great customer service from someone who's first language is clearly NOT English. If you're going to complain about how standoffish these people are to their clientele please go and work at the counter of a store in China and only speak Chinese. Then you can say that type of thing.Oh and remember to work with only one other person and handle a whole family while you're at it.
