Our Community has had a contract with Snipes L&L for the care of all our common property for many years and we have been thrilled with their service! They have wonderful employees who take pride in their work and are also pro-active in pointing out new concerns that require attention! Never pushy, the owner Nick Snipes provides quality service without overpricing to make a fast buck. His word is good and you get what you pay for!

These guys are incredible! They were able to mow our overgrown yard before we even moved in to our new house, which saved us SUCH a headache. Timely, professional, kind, accommodating...I just cannot say enough great things about Snipes. Highly recommend to anyone for lawn services!

The work that Nick and his crew were able to accomplish while following the Virginia Marine Resource & Corp of Engineers guidelines have save our shoreline for another generation to enjoy.
