I am so grateful that I was referred to this therapy center by my surgeon and his staff!! I had total knee replacement surgery, July 5th, 2023 and June 28th, 2024 and I am getting excellent care and therapy sessions from the highly qualified staff at Sentara Therapy Center!! Here you will also have the opportunity to work with a different therapist each visit and I love this concept!!! I get to meet everyone, establish relationships, and make new friends. I truly look forward to my physical therapy sessions, because I know the staff will take good care of me...they're professional, knowledgeable, and kind hearted - and after 2 surgeries, they're like my extended family...read full review

After 6 weeks of steady PT and another 6 weeks to look forward to, I can say that there is no other place I would want to rehab!Some of the reasons I love this place:Early availability starting at 7:30 am, so I can get my PT in and not miss too much work.Tons of open space. It's been pretty busy in the afternoons, but it never feels cramped.Super clean and organized. I've noticed the therapists take care to clean each piece of equipment, bed, chair or device before and after use.Easy communication - MyChart is the online way to communicate with providers and staff and they respond quickly.Kristen has done a wonderful job of managing my protocol. She has been so easy to work with. She monitors my progress through each appointment - I've seen other centers that essentially give a patient a list of exercises without monitoring them to ensure they are done correctly.I'm grateful for the staff here and am pleased with the progress I've made since having shoulder surgery in March, thanks to Kristen and the team at this center.

I would highly recommend this therapy office. Therapists are very friendly, knowledgeable, customer focus, and willing to go beyond the call of duty to help you. Again great office and job well done to all employees including the ladies at the front desk
