I’m beyond pleased with the service the S&S team delivered. I decided to give S&S a call during a morning walk after I saw them cleaning a home just a few doors down from me.I spoke with Shermelle, who provided amazing customer service and expectations during the booking, even when I called and rescheduled.Sirlance and LJ did fantastic work on our carpets! We went for the upgrade, to really dig deep in that dirt and was completely blown away by the results!

I couldn't be more impressed with S&S. Great people all around, everyone was polite, courteous, and professional. I genuinely feel like Sirlance (the owner/operator) went above and beyond to make sure my couch and carpets were not only clean, odorless, and spotless but that I was completely satisfied with his services (I was). My dog is confused that nothing smells like him anymore; and my carpet feels like new on my bare feet. I'll be calling every few months for them to come back and make my home feel and smell this fresh again. Thank you S&S.
