Staff super friendly and easy to talk with. Physician was wonderful. Overall visit took two hours and only 30 minutes of it was with the physician. The staff was efficient got me checked in and vitals were taken, once I was pulled back into a room was my longest wait. Overall was a busy day in the urgent care was satisfied with my turnaround
Got the best care and both times both doctors exceeded and took medical care to a new level that impressed me immensely. Both checked to make sure that I went to ER, both checked on me after hospitalization and further follow-up communication. Thanks to Dr.Summerlin and Dr. Rodriquez, their advice was literally life-saving.
Process was fairly smooth. 3 of the 4 people I spoke with were so kind and very helpful. (The 4th was still helpful, just maybe busy as she didn't come off as nice as the others).Wait time was fast, tho I only was getting a flu shot. Nurse who gave it was 10 gold stars out of 10.
