Every interaction today was pleasant, from check-in (it helps speed the process to complete your check-in forms online) to mammogram screening and ultrasound. I had two appointments back-to-back and was done in about an hour and a half. Employees were friendly and knowledgeable, which is very appreciated, especially when you are there for diagnostic follow-ups and may be nervous. I was even able to schedule next year's screening before I left, which is over less thing to remember to do!

I have had lab work done here twice, and both times the phlebotomist was awesome. It is the best place to come and get lab work, the front desk is efficient, staff is friendly. I will always get my lab work done here.

If all offices ran as well as the mammography department at Jennings, customer service wouldn't be an oxymoron. I was in and out, 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment time. Everyone was so efficient, kind, helpful, and professional!! Thank You for making a typically dreadful experience, delightful!! You are True Heroes!!
