The dispatcher was very helpful in describing over the phone how I could get my locked gearshift released. He said, "I'd rather not have to tow you so you can use the money to get your transmission problem fixed." His advice worked, and I've been driving problem-free for a week. What a Champ!

I had spent an hour trying to find auto shops to help me and they couldn't promise same day but it turned out I just needed a battery jump and this company was able to send someone out quickly so I am very very happy that I don't need to stay in the rain and oh my God I got to use the bathroom so I'm going to cut this review short. But if you're near the Gilmerton bridge give them a call
