Alex is always a pleasure when servicing my house. I enjoy the communication; he lets you know when he’s on the way, if he had an issues, and when he is leaving. Alex is very informative, respectful of my property; as are all of Hawks technicians that I have had any contact with. I’ve never had an issue with the office if I ever needed to reschedule or had questions. Great company and would recommend over and over again.

Nico and Tommy were considerate, professional, and very thorough in the removal of the wasps that decided to house themselves but not pay rent. They were quick effective, efficient and most importantly neither had to go to the hospital nor did I. ? There were more nests than pictured here.

Alex was patient and concerned to hear about our existing and previous issues. Took the time to understand the scope. And we walked the entire property noting issues. Then proceeded to treat accordingly. Highly recommend.
