I've been coming to this optometry clinic for the past three years for my annual eye exam for my glasses vice using the Navy hospital since they are so backed up. Each time that I have been here the facility was clean and both the receptionist and the doctor were friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The doctor took my questions and answered them all and gave me further information for my overall eye care. Super thankful for them. They are worth it.

I have no complaints about the care at this location in the past. It’s always been good, and I’ve been a client for 10-15 years. But today I show up for my scheduled appointment and find out that now it is REQUIRED AND MANDATORY to take the Fundus photography with the eye exam, something that is not covered by most insurance companies. It’s always been an optional thing that probably is good to do every now and then, especially if you have history of eye disease in your family. But to require you to fork up $40 for that in addition to whatever your copay is, to me is just an attempt to pocket more money from each patient.
