Decide it was time for a change up. Went and had my hair dyed for the first time ever so was super nervous plus I didn’t know exactly what I wanted, but Sharon was amazing! She made sure I had color options and even brought out samples to match my complexion. I cannot rant enough about her! You can really tell how much she loves what she does by the way she treats her customers! She stopped serval times throughout the process to make sure I was satisfied and happy with results. This review is all about Nea. Huge shout out for her being absolutely amazing. I called to make an appointment on our way in, she was pleasant and professional on the phone and we were lucky to have her cut my aunt's hair. My aunt is the sweetest person ever, has special needs, and recently out of a bad situation. Nea showed compassion, empathy, humor, and patience. On top of all of this, which is the most important, she delivered a fantastic and much needed makeover on my aunt's hair. I cannot say enough great things about Nea and her as a genuine person and human being. Thank you Nea, you made a huge difference in our lives that day and you are appreciated.
