Damian was my technician today, and I have had him another time is well. As always, Damian gave me a courtesy call with his ETA, and appeared at my door, in a timely manner. Damian was polite and courteous. He was professional and detailed what he would be completing, as well as following my instructions in regards to attention to my kitchen area. As always, I was pleased with his service, and that in which Fox Pest Control provides.
Greg was awesome, found a solution to all issues we met along the way to ensure the work was done correctly and with the utmost attention to detail. Sure, you can get a cheaper pest company, but you will not get the service and concern you do with FOX in the Hampton roads area!!
Glen was great. First of all I'm shocked. I was able to get a technician same day. In the entire time I've been a customer that has never happened. Glenn was very thorough. Put my mind at ease. And I appreciated him showing up so quickly. Within 30 minutes of my phone call. Again, and the entire time I've been with this company that has never happened.
