Terrible! My parents have lived in this area for over 25 years & going here for a long time. My 82 year old mother went today for color & a trim. Appointment at 1pm. She called me at 3:30 & was still there waiting for her stylist to finish a haircut. Had color (Gray by face NOT colored, more highlights than she wanted, no trim after 3 hours & still sitting in back waiting when I popped in. 3 1/2 hours later the grey was addressed, she got frustrated & left with wet hair. Terrible. She has short, fine hair. Disrespectful & horrible customer service to treat an 82 year old woman that way. My advice - go somewhere else. No stars.
Sadly, I want to like this place but must be honest. I'm a first time client and called ahead to make an appointment. Was advised could show up at scheduled time. When I arrived, was advised the previous client needed more time. I was asked to come back in approx 20 mins. Came back and was told another 5 mins. I had no issues as I understand. There was back and forth with me and another client. I only needed a military cut. The cut was sub par and not up to standards that I needed. Super friendly stylist however i needed a hair cut. I won't be returning.
