I went to Nextdoor for recommendations for a local salon that would be a comfortable place for my 80+ year old Mom to get a perm and styled. She recently moved in with us from out of state. The Nextdoor community overwhelmingly suggested this salon. Faye Frances was the perfect place for my Mom. The staff was so friendly and accommodating from the phone to call schedule the appointment to the in-salon experience. My mom loved it there and will be a frequent customer.

I stopped into the Faye Francis salon this afternoon as a walk-in with my son, who needed a touch up hair cut to fix a bad hair cut he received from a different barber the day before. Faye was very empathetic, accommodating and helped my son feel and look much better. All the stylist were very kind and friendly and gave us a great deal. We will definitely be back!

Thank You, Tonya for correcting my Hair! I had made a a horrible mistake and used a very wrong product on my hair! It totally destroyed the natural look and made it frizz!You are Wonderful and Amazing! SO! Grateful for your Knowledge and Years ofExperience! YOU are a “Mastered Hairdresser!!!
