From the customer service and ease of scheduling an appointment … Tech got one of the biggest, most ugliest stains out of my carpet - that alone made my day!…Usually, you feel like companies are just going to rip you off, try to sell you products you don't want/need, and find other things wrong just to increase the bill - NOT Eco Carpet Pro. What I was quoted over the phone is what I paid. Again, I truly appreciate this company as well as the technician. I'd recommend them to anyone!”
