This company and employees are the Best !! I will say that as a property I have been using them for 8 years now and I've maybe had 2 issues and they fixed them that day ! I’ve used them at my home as well and never used anyone else. And if you’re looking for great personable tech & has great customer service with a smile please ask for Ty ! I use him at my property Greenbrier Senior and my residents love him as well . And thank you ladies in office as well !!!

My window was 9-1 Brad called exactly 9am and was ready he was super nice..my carpet is apartment grade and pretty old its much cleaner than it was and he gave me pointers to help it stay that way think I might do it again in 6 months

I used East Coast Carpet Care for a move out. Anthony was on time, thorough, personable and professional. In scheduling the appointment, Lisa explained all accepted payments, explaining there would be an additional charge if paying with card and AMEX is not accepted. Will definitely recommend and use in the future, if needed.
